Rita Warhol, born 1977 in Nice (French Riviera, France) with italian origins. Rita was exposed to many differents music styles when she was just a baby and it was at home that her musical ability was developed. Music was her most significant hobby during the teen years, searching new tracks, import, making tapes for friends and dance battle at the school. She puts her hobbies brackets to give
way to his studies in chemistry.

Her first exploration into Djing was pushing by friends in 2006. Rita quickly developed a sound which filled every dancefloor and started being reclamed by clubs as resident DJ.

Attending the best reputed clubs from her area as Dj and frequenting a wide range of environments, Rita has enriched her musical taste which is reflected in her eclectical sets covering such styles as classics hip hop r’n’b, old school/new school, house music and a touch of electronic music.

When all the other Djs where playing Us music, Rita’s style was much more uplifting forging 3 years ago her double identity as DJ effortlessly transitioning from hip hop classics to the electronic music as sensual house, deep house, happy techno now in her repertoire and back again. Rita’s sound climbs the memories of the crowd with her sets full of character and heart touching melodies.

She is a bona fide tastemaker who distinguishes herself by exploring the connective threads between classics House and modern European deep house, techno rolling percussive grooves.

Rita’s 7 years traveled the bars, restaurants, clubs & after parties of the French Riviera, a few Paris Gay evenings as well as many private events.

Most significant performances:

Since 2012 the Galeries Lafayette Cannes mall Resident for Fashion show and other arts and exhibition events .

2013 She hosted the 60th anniversary of the famous castle of the Golden Goat Eze (Monaco).

2014 She hosted the Mercedes Benz Pop up Store show room during 5 days for the fashion week.

In the meantime, she’s resident in an underground bar of her city since 3 years & in a gay bar in Niza, both must see places in their „kind“.

Rita is well-known in the gay community of french riviera, she played in cult places like Klub, Fard, Garden in Nice, The Gclub in Cannes and in the Paris Gay evenings.

As Rita evolves on her music career, her rising tide of success reflects the vision, passion and love to the music that drives her and reinforces her ability to command a club crowd telling them an
exceptional story.
